Description & Overview:

Snoring Relief - Buy Now!Recent data indicates that one third of the U.S. population, approximately 100 million Americans, both men and woman, snore. There are many over-the-counter and  medical treatments and remedies available.  A few of the treatments for snoring includes throat sprays, nose rings, ergonomic pillows, nose strips, medical surgery, nasal support device, etc.

The complete absence of snoring depends on many physical and anatomical conditions such as obesity, body mass, neck size, deviated septum polyps, blockage, sinusitis, etc. For many, reduction in snoring means improved sleep for the sufferer and their bed partner. The complete elimination of this condition would be a blessing.

There are over 300 over-the-counter treatments to reduce or eliminate snoring and or improve breathing and enhance sleep. Most claim effectiveness for reduction of snoring. Unfortunately, few have met the expectations of the product users.  It is not known if any other OTC treatment for snoring has demonstrated the elimination or significant reduction of snoring in a formal protocol clinical study or anecdotal user trial.

Soon after BSA, LLC, the parent company, completed the engineering and production of the prototype for the Brahms Sleep Aid®, they conducted anecdotal trials with written user evaluations. The feedback from these user trials provided encouraging data about the effectiveness of the product and resulted in slight changes in production and instructions for adjusting the device.  After completion of the trial, the post use questioner was modified to provide additional product and use information.

The Brahms Sleep Aid® is not recommended or indicated for sleep apnea. Other ongoing studies and product uses are under study and consideration.

Methodology:

Two hundred ten (210) trial users were provided instruction for adjusting the device and asked to complete and return the questionnaire after at least 30 days of use.  One hundred and forty (140) were men and seventy (70) women were in the trial.  There was no monetary incentive provide for completing the written user trial evaluation. Product was provided to the trial users at no cost. The ages of the users was not asked.  One hundred sixteen (116) written user trial evaluations were completed and returned. The start and finish dates of the user trials were December 18, 2005 to March 5, 2006.
