Our Return Policy Guarantees your satisfaction. However if you are not pleased with our product you may return it. All returns must be received within 30 calendar days of the date of purchase.

 

The procedure will depend on where you purchased your BSA®.

 

Option-1: Purchases from a retailer - You will be required to present your original receipt and your BSA® in the box it came in. If a 1-Pack is returned, it must be included. If a 2-Pack is returned, both devices must be returned with one of the devices in its original sealed wrapping and unopened.

 

Option-2: Purchases from BSA’s toll free number or our website retailer - If you purchased from our web site or our toll free order number(866-284-9358) you must obtain a RA Number either from or toll free number (866-284-9358) or by contacting BSA® directly at sales@brahmsleepaid.com. Items returned without an RA Number will not be accepted. If a 1-Pack is returned, it must be included. If a 2-Pack is returned, both devices must be returned with one of the devices in its original sealed wrapping and unopened.

 

In addition, your BSA® is guaranteed for 12 months from date of purchase for any manufacturing defect. If there is any defect, follow the Option-2 return procedure above.
