STEP #1:  Insert one inner pad (A) in each nostril. (Figure 1)

STEP #2:  Start with the two (2) inner pads (A in Figure 2). Bend them
inward or outward slightly until your nostrils are gently opened and
spread apart to allow better air flow and therefore breathing.

 

STEP #3:  Adjust the outer pads (B in Figure 2) so that they touch
the outer skin of the nostril without pinching the nose
tissue to the point that it creates discomfort. This will

during the sleep cycle.
